Our core technology
Fiber-reinforced
PU-hybrid waterproofing.
Our system is MB PUReactive+: a two-component PU-hybrid waterproofing in which integrated fibers perform the reinforcement function. For the specified system configuration, an additional fleece layer is therefore not required.
On demanding premium projects in Dubai, Cleanja Prestige may still add a separate fleece / reinforcement layer where this is technically appropriate for additional protection — it is an option, never an automatic requirement.

MB PUEreactive+ / PU-hybrid waterproofing technology provides a liquid-applied solution for professional roof waterproofing and regeneration applications.
Where technically suitable and after proper substrate preparation, the system can be used over existing waterproofing substrates such as bitumen, PVC and EPDM where compatibility has been confirmed.

Proper waterproofing starts before the first coat.
Waterproofing a damaged substrate without treating the underlying cracks is not a proper long-term solution. Cracks move — they need to be treated before they are sealed. Just like a dentist treats the problem before sealing it, we treat and repair cracks before applying the waterproofing system.
